Arrowhead Transit 2025 Ticket Exchange Process

To ensure a smooth transition to the new ticketing system, Arrowhead Transit is updating its ticketing process for 2025. Please take note of the key dates and steps to exchange your 2024 tickets and get your updated 2025 tickets.

Key Dates to Remember

• January 1, 2025: 2024 tickets, passes, and tokens will still be accepted on-board.
• March 1, 2025: Deadline for exchanges of 2024 tickets.
• March 31, 2025: The last day to use 2024 tickets. After this date, only 2025 tickets will be accepted.

How to Exchange Your 2024 Tickets

1. In-Person Exchanges:

• On the Bus: You can drop off your unused 2024 tickets with a completed ticket exchange form directly to the bus driver. Simply place your tickets in a sealed envelope, attach the completed form, and hand it to the driver when you board.
  • Deadline: This in-person option is available until March 1, 2025.
  • Forms Available: You can get the ticket exchange form directly from the bus driver, Fill our the digital form found BELOW, or alternatively you can DOWNLOAD a PDF version.
• Drop-Off Locations: You can drop off your 2024 tickets with the completed exchange form at the following Arrowhead Transit garage locations:
  • Cambridge
  • Gilbert
  • Grand Rapids
  • Hermantown

2. Mail-In Exchange:

• Mailing Address: If you prefer mailing your tickets, send your unused 2024 tickets along with the completed ticket exchange form to:

• Deadline: All mail-in exchanges must be postmarked by March 1, 2025.
• Once your tickets are processed, your 2025 tickets will be mailed back to you.
• Forms Available: Fill our the digital form found BELOW, alternatively you can DOWNLOAD a PDF version, or request the exchange form by emailing colette.hanson@aeoa.org.

3. Where to Get Your 2025 Tickets:

• Onboard Drivers: You can purchase your 2025 tickets directly from bus drivers when you board. Exact cash is required.
• Online Purchases: Visit our website to purchase 2025 tickets, passes, and tokens. Learn more and purchase tickets HERE.
