Need to get to Walmart?

The Virginia/Mt. Iron Dial-A-Ride stops at Walmart at the top of every hour from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please call at least an hour in advance to schedule a pick-up time and specific drop-off site. Our dispatchers can schedule your rides up to two months in advance of when you need your ride. The dispatcher will ask for:

• Name and phone number
• Time and exact location of pickup
• Destination address
• Number of people traveling with you
• The exact time of any appointments
• Return trip information

Free summer rides for kids

Offer is valid within the city limits of Virginia and Mountain Iron from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Parents: You must register your kids at the Virginia Public Library or Mesabi Family YMCA. 

Kids: Show your Arrowhead Transit wristband or bus pass to the driver for a free ride.
