Community Partnerships for Equity

Equity doesn’t stop at the workplace or on the bus, it extends into the communities we serve. Arrowhead Transit partners with local organizations, housing authorities, and regional nonprofits to better understand and address the diverse needs of Northeast Minnesota. By listening to the voices of our community members, including those who have historically been underserved, we continually adapt our services, policies, and outreach strategies to create a more just and accessible transit system for everyone.
