Before Vedant Pande was coordinating bus routes across Northern Minnesota, he was practicing law in India. Moving to a new country often comes with unexpected pivots, and when Vedant arrived in Minnesota, he quickly learned that applying his legal background locally would mean starting law school all over again.

“Our drivers are really nice, and it’s always a friendly relationship between us,” Vedant shares. “We make sure we prioritize our drivers first before anything else. Whether it’s dispatchers, drivers, or maintenance, we’re all a team here, and that’s what keeps us going.”
