Project Description
The work includes approximately 1,200 SF of addition directly above the existing office space at the AEOA facility and 600 SF of remodeled space. The new office space will use the same footprint of the lower level office space that was originally constructed in 2013. This office space will be accessed through the current exterior pre-cast concrete wall on the second level of the facility constructed in 1989. The program of the addition is four (4) staff offices and one (1) storage room.
