Arrowhead Transit Launches New Weekend Bus Service in Two Harbors
Two Harbors, MN — Arrowhead Transit is excited to announce a new weekend bus route in Two Harbors, set to launch Thursday, May 29, 2025. The seasonal service will operate Thursday through Sunday from May through October, offering convenient transportation for residents, tourists, and riders of the North Shore Scenic Railroad.
The new route includes two rotating loops that connect passengers to key destinations throughout Two Harbors, including Super One, Black Woods Grill & Bar, Culver’s, the Lighthouse Museum, and the Lake County Historical Depot.
“This service was developed in direct response to feedback from the community,” said Brandon Nurmi, Executive Director of Arrowhead Transit. “We’re thrilled to provide more mobility options during the busy summer and fall tourism seasons — and to give locals another way to get where they need to go on the weekends.”
Passengers can also request curbside pickups by calling Arrowhead Transit dispatch, as long as the location is within ¾ mile of the established route. All are welcome to ride — no train ticket or special reservation is required.
