Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage procurement projects from planning to evaluation.
- Facilitate and develop procurement strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with project owners, department users, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee the full procurement life cycle, including research, correspondence, and billing.
- Maintain and prepare confidential files, records, and reports.
- Support and review technical specifications and statements of work.
- Communicate progress and activities to ensure the integrity of the procurement process.
- Attend relevant staff/management meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Successful completion of a data entry key test at 70 kpm with 95% accuracy.

- Starting Wage: $23.70 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
