Arrowhead Transit is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) software solution. This upgrade will replace our current RouteMatch platform and will include full installation, deployment, and multi-year service support.
The selected vendor will help modernize how Arrowhead Transit manages scheduling, dispatching, and real-time vehicle tracking across our 10-county service area in northeastern Minnesota. The scope includes integration with existing systems, optimization features, robust reporting, passenger communications tools, and a customer-facing mobile experience.
