How to Exchange Your Tickets

It’s simple! You can exchange your unused 2024 tickets through one of these easy methods:

• In-person with bus drivers: Drop off your unused tickets in a sealed envelope with a completed ticket exchange form.
• Mail them in: Send your unused tickets to Arrowhead Transit, Attn: Colette Hanson, 702 3rd Avenue South, Virginia, MN 55792.
• Drop off at a garage location: Visit one of our local Arrowhead Transit garage locations and drop off your tickets with the form.
