What Is RideSmart 2025?
RideSmart 2025 is a comprehensive service redesign project that focuses on improving public transit efficiency, accessibility, and reliability. We’re working to create a system that works better for everyone—whether you’re a daily rider or considering transit for the first time.
How We’re Doing It
We’re using a thoughtful, community-driven approach to redesign our services. Here’s how:
- Listening to You —> TAKE OUR BRIEF SURVEY
Your voice matters. We’re gathering feedback through surveys, public meetings, and partnerships with local organizations to understand what you need from public transit. - Analyzing the Data
By reviewing ridership numbers, costs, and service patterns, we’re identifying opportunities to make routes more efficient and user-friendly. - Redesigning Routes
We’re updating routes and schedules to better match when and where people need rides, while addressing underserved areas. - Focusing on Accessibility
Ensuring transit is available to everyone, including those in unserved or underserved areas, is at the heart of this project. - Building for the Future
We’re creating a system that’s adaptable and ready to grow with our communities. Continuous improvements and technology upgrades, like apps and easier payment options, are part of the plan.
How You Can Get Involved
We can’t do this without you! Here are ways to participate:
